We were taking a family vacation to Kings Island. On our way back to Kings Island after dinner, I noticed that the brakes weren't working properly which concerned me since we have two young children. The first place we stoped at told us it would be a week before he could get the part ordered to get this fixed (the brakeline on the driver's side was rusted through). The next place we stoped at on down the road told us that they would be able to look at it the next day, and if it was the main brake line as we were told, it would take about 5-6 hours to fix and would cost at least $375. Since this happened around 6-7pm, we figured this was good enough and was going back to our hotel since we didn't really want to chance looking for another place with only front brakes. On our way to the hotel, we seen a Meineke and thought we would check to see if by chance they could fix it sooner. The gentelmen inside told us that they were about to close but if we stoped in early the next morning they could look at it and hopefully have it fixed in about 2 hours depending on what they ran into, another line rusted, calipers not bleeding correctly, etc. The van was dropped off at 7:30a.m., as soon as they opened the store and in no time the technician had our ven looked at and was able to tell and show us exactly what the problem was and that there were actually two different lines which needed replaced on the drivers side and that it would aproximatly be another 1-2 hours to complete depending on the difficulty of the second lines location. My mother and I walked across the street to the Meijers and picked up a few items, then decided we would just finnish the wait over at Meineke. Shortly after ariving back into the shop, 2 1/2 - 3 hours after the van was left, everything was fixed! I expected it would take alot longer than it did. We were again shown the lines they replaced and also shown the lines on the passenger side were in good condition. This is what I call EXCELENT service! I really liked the way my family and I were treated and also how they really wanted to help us out. It's not often you find people so caring and considerate. I wanted to take the time to thank you all for helping us get back on the road so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. I've heard great things about your service, but never before now have we had the honor of experiencing it first hand. You can definitely count on us as future customers! I entend on telling others with car troubles they should use your shop, and if we're ever in that area again and have car trouble, your shop will be the FIRST place we stop! I hope the mechanic and manager responsible for this, Michael Ogg & Bob McCoy, get the credit they deserve for a job done so well done words can't explain! Thank you again for a job VERY well done, the courtsey we recieved, and doing it in a timely manner so that our vacation wasn't a flop! Keep up the excelent work! Thank you again!

This is a somewhat belated message to commend the work and professionalism of John Bolin, at the Hershey PA meineke center. I had previously had my car looked at by an independent repair shop but had some misgivings about the evaluation. I randomly picked John's shop to have a repeat evaluation. He was very professional and repaired my car at my convenience despite his difficult work schedule and went as far as to provide me a loaner car each time until the work was done. My car runs great reflecting the excellent workmanship and ability of him and his staff. I cannot speak for any of the other meineke shops, but i will and have recommended John's shop to people I know and if I were still in the area, I would have absolutely no reservation about taking my car back there for servicing. Once again, John exemplifies professionalism, ability and great customer service. Thank you !

I had a downtube bracket rewelded on my car today. I was very pleased with the service and hospitality I received. They did NOT try to sell me anything, they just welded the exhaust like I asked. The guy at the desk and the technician were excellent. Please give them my sincerest regards.

I wanted to say that doing business with David Parks (manager of the W. Valley City shop) was a pleasure. He was extremely courteous, respectful and I felt that I could trust him to provide quality service with more than fair prices. He even gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting. I will recommend Meineke to my friends and I look forward to doing business with Dave in the future.

I have come to this Meineke location for service on several different occasions now for different issues. I have worked with Doug each time and he is fantastic. They have no problem getting me in and they have my car ready for me the same day every time. The prices are fairly low and they do a great job. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

I was very impressed on the service i received at this location. My brakes were making a noise, and i wasn't sure what was going on with them, so i decided to take my car in to have them checked out. After doing my research i made my decision to come here. I first called to set up an appt and they were able to get me in the same day. What made me decide to take my car to this particular location was I had gone onto their website and was very impressed with the reviews i read from other customer's and because of all the awards they had received for service and quality of their work. When i arrived they took my car into the bay and checked it out. I was told exactly what the problem was, the exact amount i would have to pay, and how long it would take to do the job. They were very honest, and even during this hard economic time, they did not try to up-sell me on a bunch of things my car didnt need at this time. While waiting on my car they kept me updated with how much longer it would be, and i noticed as customer's came in, how professional, courteous, and how well they treated their customers their were even some knew on a 1st name basis. The only thing i would say is, if your repairs will take longer than 30-45mins, make sure you have someone to come pick you up and bring you back, or bring something to entertain you. There is only a sitting area of maybe 4 chairs in the lobby with a vending machine and magazines, no tv. Luckily, i had something to work on while i waited, however, there is a shopping strip down the street, but you have to cross a major intersection to get to it. Other than that i wouldn't think twice about taking my car here again.
